Account Director Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Account Director to join our team at Ogilvy. As an Account Director, you will be responsible for leading client relationships and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive client growth and retention
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality work and meet client expectations
  • Manage client budgets and finances to ensure profitability and efficiency
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns
  • Provide exceptional client service and build strong relationships with key decision-makers
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to drive innovation and improvement

Requirements:

  • 4-6 years of experience in a client-facing role, preferably in a marketing or advertising agency
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and client satisfaction
  • Strong leadership and project management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with project management tools and software
