The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven track record of building and maintaining strong customer relationships. They will also have a solid understanding of business operations, including budgeting, reporting, and performance evaluation.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Develop and implement account management strategies to drive revenue growth and retention
  • Supervise and mentor subordinate staff to ensure effective client relationship management
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to staff
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and develop solutions
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met and exceeded
  • Develop and manage budgets and forecasts to ensure accurate financial planning
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure Forhyre remains competitive


Requirements:


  • Proven experience as an account director or similar position in a business development role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven track record of building and maintaining strong customer relationships
  • Solid understanding of business operations, including budgeting, reporting, and performance evaluation
  • Knowledge of performance evaluation techniques and metrics
  • Working knowledge of MS Office and/or relevant software (e.g. Salesforce)
  • BSc/BA in business administration, sales, or relevant field
