About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrative Assistant to join our team at Air and Oceanland Inc. As an Office Administrative Assistant, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our team members, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements.
  • Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, responding to phone calls, emails, and other inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
  • Document Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, files, and databases, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role
  • Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
