The Housekeeping Administrative Coordinator is responsible for delivering essential support across various operations; this includes managing and directing both internal and external guest communications, allocating housekeeping responsibilities, and overseeing laundry services and delivery requests.

Key Responsibilities

  • Delivers outstanding and professional service to guests and staff alike.
  • Demonstrates confidence in making informed decisions and recommendations for effective issue resolution.
  • Efficiently manages and directs guest inquiries related to housekeeping services.
  • Follows up on both internal and guest requests to ensure satisfactory resolution.
  • Utilizes communication devices to maintain constant contact with housekeeping personnel.
  • Records all radio communications, tracking guest requests meticulously.
  • Addresses any guest complaints promptly to ensure their needs are met, with proper documentation and follow-up.
  • Maintains an organized and clean work environment.
  • Completes additional tasks as assigned by management.
