Job Title: Quality Control Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Quality Control Supervisor to join our team at Hair Hut Barber Shop.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate Work Schedules: Oversee the daily operations of our salon, ensuring that all staff members are aware of their tasks and responsibilities.
  • Arrange Maintenance and Repair Tasks: Coordinate with our maintenance team to ensure that all equipment and facilities are in good working condition.
  • Assist Clients with Special Requirements: Provide exceptional customer service by assisting clients with special requests and needs.
  • Monitor and Ensure Quality Standards: Conduct regular quality checks to ensure that our services meet the highest standards.
  • Supervise Cleaning of Specialized Items: Oversee the cleaning and maintenance of specialized equipment and tools.
  • Requisition Materials and Supplies: Order and manage the inventory of materials and supplies needed for our operations.
  • Provide Technical Guidance and Resolve Issues: Provide technical support and guidance to staff members, and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Train Staff on Job Duties and Safety Procedures: Develop and implement training programs to ensure that staff members are aware of their job duties and safety procedures.
  • Supervise Office and Volunteer Personnel: Oversee the work of our office and volunteer staff, ensuring that they are aware of their tasks and responsibilities.
Work Conditions:
  • Combination of Sitting, Standing, and Walking: The Quality Control Supervisor will be required to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods.
  • Fast-Paced Work Environment: Our salon operates in a fast-paced environment, and the Quality Control Supervisor must be able to work well under pressure.
  • Extended Periods of Standing: The Quality Control Supervisor may be required to stand for extended periods, particularly during peak hours.
  • Ability to Work Well Under Pressure: The Quality Control Supervisor must be able to work well under pressure, managing multiple tasks and responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Focus on Client Satisfaction: The Quality Control Supervisor must be able to prioritize client satisfaction, ensuring that all clients receive exceptional service.
