Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Schedule and Manage Staff

Plan and coordinate staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage during peak periods, ensuring seamless delivery of services to our clients.

Quality Control and Assurance

Monitor and maintain high standards of quality in all aspects of salon operations, including cleanliness, equipment maintenance, and product usage.

Client Relations and Retention

Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded, and fostering a loyal customer base.

Inventory Management and Procurement

Oversee the ordering and inventory management of salon supplies, equipment, and materials, ensuring timely delivery and optimal stock levels.

Training and Development

Provide ongoing training and support to staff members, enhancing their skills and knowledge to deliver exceptional services.

Performance Monitoring and Evaluation

Regularly assess staff performance, providing constructive feedback and coaching to drive improvement and achieve business objectives.

Requirements
  • Education and Experience

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate and a minimum of 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a similar role.

Work Environment and Physical Demands

Combination of sitting, standing, and walking, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stand for extended periods.
