Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse/Infirmier to join our team at the Winnipeg Regional Health Authority. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the delivery of exceptional healthcare services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Apply the nursing process to support clients/residents/patients in achieving and maintaining their optimum level of health.
  • Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive patient care.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans that address the unique needs of each patient.
  • Provide education and support to patients and their families to promote health and wellness.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes.
Requirements
  • Current registration with the College of Registered Nurses of Manitoba (CRNM) or with the College of Registered Psychiatric Nurses of Manitoba (CRPNM).
  • Proficiency in both official languages (English/French).
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification.
  • Canadian Triage and Acuity Scale (CTAS) certification.
  • Trauma Nursing Care Course (TNCC) certification.
