Job Title: Project Management Officer à la Direction des offres H/F

At Internetwork Expert, we are seeking a highly skilled Project Management Officer à la Direction des offres H/F to join our team. Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage multiple financial projects and systems implementations, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Conduct financial analysis to support project planning and decision-making processes.
  • Prepare and monitor project budgets, providing insights and recommendations for financial planning.
  • Identify and mitigate financial risks associated with projects, ensuring robust risk management practices are in place.
  • Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met and aligned with organizational goals.
  • Regularly monitor and report on project performance, identifying trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and company policies, and support our organization controls by ensuring proper design, effectiveness and application of the Company's financial systems and controls.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
  • CPA, MBA or relevant certification (PMP) preferred.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in financial systems administration and project management or a related field, with a proven track record of managing multiple projects.
  • Strong understanding of financial management and accounting principles.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with a willingness to develop a full working knowledge of the Company's NetSuite ERP system.
