Project Management Officer à la Direction des offres H/F

Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage multiple financial projects and systems implementations, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Conduct financial analysis to support project planning and decision-making processes.
- Prepare and monitor project budgets, providing insights and recommendations for financial planning.
- Identify and mitigate financial risks associated with projects, ensuring robust risk management practices are in place.
- Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met and aligned with organizational goals.
- Regularly monitor and report on project performance, identifying trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and company policies.
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
- CPA, MBA or relevant certification (PMP) preferred.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in financial systems administration and project management or a related field, with a proven track record of managing multiple projects.
- Strong understanding of financial management and accounting principles.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with a willingness to develop a full working knowledge of the Company's NetSuite ERP system.
