Pharmacy Manager Position

We are seeking a Pharmacy Manager at our Steveston location in Richmond, BC to lead our pharmacy team in providing exceptional patient care and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day pharmacy dispensary operations, including receiving, preparation, packaging, dispensing, distribution, and storage of drugs and pharmaceuticals.
  • Provide clinical leadership, including drug use evaluation, medication reviews, adaptations, injection administration, prescription and non-prescription counseling, and recommendations.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals and community partners to ensure seamless patient care.
  • Manage inventory, team member scheduling, training, and development.
  • Identify business strengths and patient needs, developing and implementing growth strategies and plans.
  • Ensure adherence to policies and best practice protocols relating to pharmacy practice and drug distribution.

Requirements:

  • Canadian Pharmacist in good standing with the respective College of Pharmacists.
  • Completed the mandatory BC Community Pharmacy Manager Training Program (BC only).
  • Completed the Opioid Agonist Treatment Compliance and Management Program (OAT-CAMPP).
  • Injection Certification.
  • Minimum 1 year Pharmacist experience.

Compensation Details:

$51.00 - $54.00

The compensation offered for this position will take into consideration location, education, skills, experience, and other factors.
