Job Title: Personal Support Worker - Nursing Care

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Personal Support Worker to join our team at The Alexander Muskoka Operations (Gravenhurst) LP. As a Personal Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents in a nursing home setting.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide personal care to residents, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Assist with daily living activities, such as feeding, toileting, and transferring
  • Support residents with their exercise routines and mobility
  • Maintain a safe and clean environment for residents
  • Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare teams
Requirements:
  • College diploma or equivalent in a related field
  • Experience working in a nursing home or healthcare setting
  • First Aid and CPR certification
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
