Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Bakery Specialist to join our team at Wisla Delicatessen. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for preparing and baking a variety of sweet and savory goods, including bread, pastries, and cakes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare dough and batters for a range of baked goods, including pies, bread, rolls, and sweet treats
  • Bake and decorate cakes and pastries to meet high standards of quality and presentation
  • Operate machinery and equipment to support efficient production
  • Organize and maintain inventory to ensure timely delivery of products
  • Collaborate with colleagues to meet production targets and achieve business objectives
Requirements
  • 3 years of experience in a bakery or pastry production environment
  • Proven ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced production setting
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Working Conditions

This is a permanent, full-time position with a 44-hour workweek. The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced production environment and may be required to work flexible hours to meet business needs.

The language of work is English.
