Bakery Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Bakery Specialist to join our team at Wisla Delicatessen. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for preparing and baking a variety of sweet and savory goods, including bread, pastries, and cakes.
Responsibilities:- Prepare dough and batters for various baked goods according to recipes and special customer orders
- Bake mixed dough and batters to produce high-quality products
- Prepare special orders, including cakes and pastries, to meet customer demands
- Frost and decorate cakes and baked goods to enhance their appearance
- Draw up production schedules to ensure efficient use of time and resources
- Ensure that the quality of products meets established standards
- Operate machinery and equipment safely and efficiently
- Organize and maintain inventory to prevent stockouts and overstocking
- 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a bakery or food production environment
- Permanent employment with a competitive salary and benefits package
- English language proficiency
- Ability to work 44 hours per week
