Bakery Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Bakery Specialist to join our team at Wisla Delicatessen. As a key member of our bakery team, you will be responsible for preparing and baking a variety of sweet and savory goods, including bread, pastries, cakes, and desserts.
Key Responsibilities:- Prepare dough and batters for a range of baked goods, including bread, rolls, muffins, and cakes.
- Bake and decorate cakes and pastries to a high standard.
- Operate bakery equipment, including mixers, ovens, and proofers.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.
- Work effectively as part of a team to meet production deadlines and achieve sales targets.
- 3 years of experience in a bakery or related environment.
- Proven ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects, and work at heights.
- Relocation costs covered by employer.
- Supermarket or bakery department setting.
- 44 hours per week, with flexibility to work varied shifts.
English is the primary language of communication in this role.
