Bakery Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Bakery Specialist to join our team at Wisla Delicatessen. As a key member of our bakery department, you will be responsible for preparing and baking a variety of sweet and savory goods, including bread, pastries, and cakes.
Responsibilities- Prepare dough and batters for a range of baked goods, including pies, bread, rolls, and sweet treats.
- Bake mixed dough and batters to perfection.
- Prepare special orders and ensure that all products meet our high standards.
- Frost and decorate cakes and baked goods to add a touch of elegance.
- Draw up production schedules to ensure efficient and timely production.
- Operate machinery and equipment safely and effectively.
- Organize and maintain inventory to prevent stockouts and overstocking.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a bakery or related field.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of quality.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
