About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Financial Services Representative to join our team at Coast Capital Savings. As a key member of our branch team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and providing expert advice on our range of financial products and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personalized financial advice and guidance to customers, helping them to achieve their financial goals and objectives.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their financial needs and preferences.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure seamless delivery of customer service and sales initiatives.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulatory requirements, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a financial services role, preferably in a retail banking environment.
  • Post-secondary education in finance, business administration, or a related field.
  • Mutual Funds accreditation (e.g., Investment Funds in Canada or the Canadian Securities Course) is an absolute requirement.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • High level of digital literacy, with proficiency in a range of software applications and technology platforms.
