Maintenance and Reliability Manager

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Reliability and Maintenance Engineer to join our team at Windsor Salt. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability and efficiency of our manufacturing processes.
Main Responsibilities
- Develop and implement maintenance strategies to minimize downtime and optimize equipment performance.
- Conduct root cause analyses to identify and resolve equipment failures and reliability issues.
- Collaborate with production teams to identify opportunities for improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and productivity.
- Manage and maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, inventory, and equipment performance data.
- Develop and implement training programs to ensure maintenance personnel have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
- Work closely with the maintenance supervisor to develop and implement maintenance plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations and company policies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong technical, creative problem-solving, planning, and organization skills.
- Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to manage conflict in a stressful environment.
- Knowledge and application of safe work practices.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, SAP, and Microsoft Project.
Work Environment
- Work in a general office and manufacturing plant environment.
- May be required to work in seated or standing positions for prolonged periods, perform office or clerical duties, and travel between office and plant environments.
