We are seeking a skilled Level Designer to join our team at Haven Entertainment Studios. As a Level Designer, you will be responsible for crafting exceptional experiences for players and supporting the overall design vision for the game.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, build, and iterate on game levels efficiently, leveraging game features and mechanics.
  • Implement levels through every stage of production, from design document to final polished product.
  • Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams, including artists, game designers, gameplay programmers, and sound designers.
  • Assess gameplay, navigation, and flow to ensure a memorable player experience.
  • Identify and address potential risks, dependencies, and constraints related to level design.
  • Communicate design ideas and concepts clearly across all disciplines.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in level design.

Requirements:

  • Shipped at least one AAA console title.
  • Strong interest in Multiplayer/Live Service games.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • At ease communicating design ideas and concepts.
  • Knowledge of Unreal level editing tools and scripting languages.
  • Familiarity with 3D modeling tools.
