Job Description

We are looking for a Staff Cloud DevOps/Site Reliability Engineer to join our Technical Operations team, which manages the infrastructure, DevOps, and Site Reliability of our platform.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain and contribute to Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform)
  • Orchestrate pipelines using Github Actions, Helm, ArgoCD
  • Administer Kubernetes clusters for microservices scalability
  • Manage cloud infrastructure on AWS, Azure, or GCP
  • Monitor and measure availability, latency, and service health, drive incident management and postmortem analysis
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
  • 7+ years of experience as a DevOps, Infrastructure, Operations, or Site Reliability Engineer
  • Experience with Terraform, Helm, Kubernetes, AWS, Azure, or GCP, and CI/CD using modern tools
Nice-to-Have
  • MLOps experience (building, orchestrating, and maintaining Machine Learning Pipelines)
  • Prometheus / Grafana experience
  • Experience with multicloud deployments and network management

British Columbia, Canada

Compensation

The base salary range for this full-time position is CAD $170,000 - $220,000, including bonus, equity, and benefits.
