Food Service Team Lead

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Subway. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of food service staff and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.
Key Responsibilities:- Team Leadership: Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food, train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures, and hire food service staff.
- Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, address customers' complaints or concerns, and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Operations: Establish methods to meet work schedules, supervise and check delivery of food trolleys, and establish work schedules.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year.
- Work Environment: Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, standing for extended periods, bending, crouching, kneeling.
- Personal Suitability: Client focus, team player, work term: permanent, work language: English, hours: 30 hours per week.
