About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Spa Attendant to join our team at Four Seasons Resort & Residences Whistler. As a key member of our Health Club & Spa team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their spa experience is nothing short of extraordinary.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Set up and maintain spa facilities, including refreshments, locker rooms, workout areas, and pre-treatment rooms.
  • Interact with guests with the utmost hospitality and professionalism, accommodating special requests and addressing questions related to spa services.
  • Perform light cleaning duties in the showers, washroom, and locker room areas.
  • Accommodate special requests whenever possible, resolving guest questions in connection with spa services.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience working in a spa or fitness centre.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills, with a positive and outgoing personality.
  • Strong command of the English language.
  • Ability to lift up to 75lbs.
  • Ability to work in Canada.
