About the Role

As a Java Developer, you will be responsible for analyzing, designing, configuring, developing, maintaining, and evolving software products to meet the organization's needs. You will work closely with the Documentum team to enhance the digital experience for our members, clients, and employees.

Key Responsibilities
  • Participate in the development of implementation strategies, conduct analysis, and develop software products, including design, coding, test automation, and operations, while applying best practices in development, data, and security.
  • Document technical solutions and practices to ensure product sustainability and participate in documentation creation, preparation, and dissemination of training for peers and users.
  • Provide technical support to IT operations, conduct problem analysis, identify causes, follow up on system issues during medium to high-severity incidents, and ensure their resolution.
  • Work in co-creation with business partners and architects to understand and align solutions that represent the business's intentions and objectives.
  • Participate in the installation and testing of software packages or the implementation of applications.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field.
  • A minimum of four years of relevant experience.
  • Proficiency in French or English is required.
  • Specific knowledge: Documentum / Smartview D2, Java, Rest API, Spring/Spring Boot/Spring Data/Spring Cloud, Angular, JavaScript/TypeScript, JPA/SQL, XCP, JIRA, Confluence, microservices, PaaS architectures, Dynatrace, and Splunk tools.
