Job Title: Java Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled Java Developer to join our team at IT UNLOCK CONSULTINC INC. in Montreal, Canada. As a Java Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining software applications using Java programming language.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop software applications using Java programming language
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements
  • Develop and maintain high-quality code, following best practices and coding standards
  • Participate in code reviews and provide feedback to improve code quality
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely and efficient manner
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in Java development
  • Proficiency in French or English
  • Knowledge of Documentum / Smartview D2
  • Knowledge of Java, Spring, Spring Boot, Spring Data, Spring Cloud, Angular, JavaScript, TypeScript, JPA, SQL, XCP, JIRA, and Confluence
  • Knowledge of microservices and PaaS architectures
  • Knowledge of Dynatrace and Splunk tools
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with cloud-based technologies
  • Experience with DevOps practices
  • Experience with agile development methodologies
