About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Project Manager to join our team at Pursuit Collection. As a Marketing Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, managing, and executing marketing projects for our businesses located in various locations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute marketing plans and strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Manage and coordinate marketing projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion and within budget.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and operations, to ensure alignment and effective execution of marketing initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and vendors to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Monitor and analyze project progress, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
  • Provide regular project updates and status reports to stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as industry standards and regulations.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3-4 years of experience in marketing project management or a related field.
  • Strong experience in project management tools, such as Asana.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and manage competing deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to maintain accurate records and reports.
