Job Description

The Education Instructor will play a vital role in shaping the academic journey of students by:

  • Overseeing the work of teaching assistants to ensure effective delivery of course content
  • Developing instructional materials and comprehensive course outlines
  • Assessing and monitoring student progress through various evaluation methods
  • Providing guidance to students regarding their academic and career pathways
  • Compiling reports and utilizing audio-visual tools for enhanced learning experiences
  • Conducting evaluations of courses to improve educational offerings
  • Offering expert advice and support to external organizations
  • Delivering engaging lectures, workshops, and seminars to foster student learning
  • Employing diverse teaching strategies to accommodate different learning styles
Skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications
  • Experience in both lecture and interactive classroom settings
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational capabilities and ability to work collaboratively
