About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to join our team as a Senior Financial Analyst - Global Oil & Gas. We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead our Treasury operations in Dhahran, Saudi Arabia.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise daily banking operations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in payments processing, deposits, and fund transfers.
  • Ensure compliance with local and international standards, including Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) requirements.
  • Evaluate and improve payment processes, aligning with Treasury digital transformation initiatives such as Cash Pooling and aggregated payments processing.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with banking partners to streamline processes, address issues, and negotiate favorable terms.
  • Identify and mitigate operational risks related to banking activities, including fraud prevention and cybersecurity measures.
  • Prepare reports on Treasury operations performance and key metrics to facilitate strategic decision-making.
  • Maintain a comprehensive banking master database for all group bank accounts.
  • Assist internal departments and the group with new product development implementations and general Treasury/banking services inquiries.
  • Develop, review, and negotiate bank account openings with financial institutions for the group.
  • Review and negotiate banking agreements, including ISDA master agreements, SLAs, and MACUG agreements.
Requirements
  • Willingness to relocate to Dhahran, Saudi Arabia.
  • Education: Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration.
  • Professional certifications: CFA, CPA, and CTP.
  • Proficient in Finance and Treasury software and systems, with a strong understanding of SAP and SWIFT messaging standards, as well as electronic banking platforms.
  • 12-15 years of experience in backend corporate Treasury operations.
  • Understanding of the Oil & Gas sector with a focus on Treasury operations preferred.
  • Knowledge of Shariah Compliant Business Banking.
  • Familiarity with digital transformation in banking and corporate Treasury.
  • Ability to coach staff in developing analytical skills and managing project delivery.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and excellent presentation skills.
