Senior Technical Architect

Novon is seeking a Senior Technical Architect to lead the design and implementation of global IT solutions.
As a key member of our team, you will collaborate with business stakeholders to identify requirements and design software solutions that meet the needs of our clients.
Key responsibilities include:
- Collaborating with domain solution architects, business analysts, and business stakeholders to identify requirements and define project scope.
- Designing software solutions that meet the needs of our clients.
- Working with .NET, JS, and K2 developers to ensure code quality and adherence to software architecture.
- Providing technical guidance and mentorship to developers.
- Developing and revising technical specifications and architectural plans.
- Conducting code reviews and assessing sprint outcomes.
- Ensuring CI/CD practices are followed by the development team.
Requirements
- Minimum 7 years working in a custom development environment.
- Minimum 3 years working as a solution architect/technical architect.
- Working understanding of Agile methodologies and ways of working.
- Experience in working with customers and product owners.
- Experience in solution enhancement and analysis.
- Experience with React/NodeJS.
- Experience with .NET.
- Experience with SQL and NoSQL Databases.
