About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Culinary Specialist to join our team at Ely's Fine Foods. As a key member of our kitchen operations, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals and individual dishes, as well as training staff in food preparation and handling.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook complete meals and individual dishes, adhering to high standards of quality and presentation.
  • Train and supervise kitchen staff in food preparation, cooking, and handling techniques.
  • Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure cleanliness and organization.
  • Order and manage inventory of food, supplies, and equipment.
  • Clean and maintain kitchen and work areas, adhering to health and safety standards.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a catering firm.
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to train and supervise staff.
  • Ability to work under pressure and maintain a high level of organization and reliability.
Working Conditions
