About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Legal Administrative Assistant to join our Vancouver Litigation group. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in managing legal and administrative aspects of the practice for three successful lawyers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to lawyers, including drafting correspondence, managing documents, and coordinating meetings
  • Assist with litigation tasks, such as drafting court documents, conducting court searches, and scheduling applications
  • Manage the maintenance of pleadings binders and limitation systems
  • Develop and implement efficient systems for organizing and maintaining documents and files
  • Provide exceptional client service and support

Requirements

  • Legal Assistant Diploma or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of five years of litigation-related experience
  • Strong administrative, organizational, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well in a team setting and provide exceptional client service
  • Proficiency in Adobe, Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Experience with document management software, such as Desksite, IntApp, and 3E
