Gas Station Operations Supervisor

Canco, a prominent independent gas retailer, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Gas Station Operations Supervisor to oversee the daily functions of our service locations. Key Responsibilities- Operational Management: Supervise the daily operations of gas stations and convenience stores to ensure smooth functioning.
- Inventory Oversight: Monitor fuel inventory levels and manage stock to prevent shortages.
- Equipment Maintenance: Ensure all equipment and facilities are well-maintained and operational.
- Staff Management: Recruit, train, and supervise staff, fostering a positive work environment.
- Safety Protocols: Implement and enforce safety protocols to ensure a secure working environment for employees and customers.
- Customer Relations: Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints effectively.
- Financial Management: Oversee daily cash and sales transactions, maintaining accurate financial records.
- Loss Prevention: Monitor for theft and implement strategies to minimize losses.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit operational reports to senior management as required.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to all relevant local, provincial, and federal regulations.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Approximately 3+ years of management experience in the gas, convenience, or fast-moving consumer goods sector.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to delegate tasks effectively while maintaining oversight.
- Proficiency in conflict resolution and customer service.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
