Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision
    • Supervise and coordinate the activities of our food preparation and service staff
    • Train staff in job duties, food safety and sanitation procedures
    • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
  • Operations Management
    • Establish and maintain efficient work schedules and procedures
    • Monitor and maintain accurate records of stock, sales, and wastage
    • Prepare and submit reports on restaurant performance
  • Customer Service
    • Ensure that our customers receive exceptional service and that their needs are met
    • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
  • Team Management
    • Supervise and manage a team of 3-4 staff members
  • Work Environment
    • Work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
    • Stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as bending, crouching, and walking
  • Personal Qualities
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a food service or restaurant environment
Working Conditions

This is a permanent, full-time position with 35 hours of work per week. The work language is English.
