Job Title: Territory Sales Manager

S3 Group Ltd. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Territory Sales Manager to join our team in Fort Qu'Appelle, SK. This is a full-time position that requires extensive travel.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a wide variety of priorities in a fast-paced environment, developing plans to manage opportunity pipelines, key accounts management, implementing pricing and commercial terms, and identifying growth opportunities within the region that aligns with S3 Group capabilities and strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Cold call customers to identify new sales and product development opportunities
  • Travel to meet with current dealers and customers to develop a growing dealer network
  • Clearly document call reports and expense reports and submit to Manager
  • Work proficiently within S3's MRP system to generate sales orders, quotes, and search for inventory and product lead times
  • Develop customer delivery schedules and work with production personnel to sort out any schedule, prioritizing and/or quality issues
  • Manage forecasts, quoting, order process, and product returns
  • Generate costing reports for sales margins
  • Attend trade shows and industry conferences as requested
  • Actively participate in Production Meetings
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by Director of Business Development, and ensure all tasks are performed with the highest regards for Safety as outlined in our Safety Manual
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 2 years office experience
  • Minimum of 2 years sales experience
  • Experience managing a wide variety of priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Positive and co-operative team player
  • Capable of working with minimal supervision
  • Must be accurate and detail-oriented
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Agricultural background is preferred
  • Maintain a calm and composed demeanor in high-pressure situations
  • Excellent organization skills and the ability to communicate effectively with customers
  • Must have a valid Class 5 Driver's License
  • Must be able to travel extensively for work
