Job Summary:

S3 Group Ltd. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Territory Sales Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing a territory and driving sales growth through effective sales strategies and customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales plans to achieve sales targets and grow revenue in assigned territory
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing solutions to meet their business objectives
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including cold calling and prospecting
  • Manage and maintain accurate sales records, including sales reports and customer data
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to ensure alignment and effective sales strategies
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity, providing insights and recommendations to management
  • Travel extensively to meet with customers, attend industry events, and participate in sales meetings

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience, preferably in a similar industry
  • Proven track record of sales success, with a strong understanding of sales strategies and tactics
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and identify opportunities for growth
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Valid Class 5 Driver's License and ability to travel extensively

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Agricultural background or experience in a related industry
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Experience with sales software and CRM systems
