S3 Power Pin, a division of S3 Group Ltd. is currently recruiting for a Territory Sales Manager to join our team in Fort Qu'Appelle, SK. This is a full-time position starting immediately.

We are currently recruiting for a Territory Sales Manager to cover the regions of Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba and the Northern US regions. Regional coverage will be determined at time of hire. Individuals will possess an in-depth knowledge of products, applications, industry terminology, customers, and competition. The successful Territory Sales Manager will develop plans to manage opportunity pipelines, key accounts management, implement pricing and commercial terms, complete the necessary reporting requirements for the position and identify growth opportunities within region that aligns with S3 Power Pin capabilities and strategies.

Job Overview:

  1. Cold Call Customers
  2. Travel to have meetings with all current Dealers, Customers
  3. Clearly document call reports and expense reports and submit to Manager
  4. Frequent travel required
  5. Develop a growing Dealer network
  6. Answer and address customer service calls as necessary
  7. Work proficiently within S3's MRP system to generate sales orders, quotes, and search for inventory and product lead times
  8. Develop customer Delivery Schedules
  9. Work with production personnel to sort out any schedule, prioritizing and/or quality issues
  10. Receive calls pertaining to parts, service, warranty, and customer inquiries and/or complaints
  11. Enter and follow-up on Customer Non Conformances
  12. Enter Return Material Authorizations and Credit Memo's in MRP system
  13. Manage forecasts, quoting, order process, and product returns
  14. Generate costing reports for sales margins
  15. Speak, listen and write in a clear and timely manner using appropriate and effective communication tools and techniques
  16. Attend trade shows and industry conferences as requested
  17. Actively participate in Production Meetings
  18. Identify new sales and product development opportunities in the Marketplace and present to Manager
  19. Perform other tasks as assigned by Director of Business Development, and ensure all tasks are performed with the highest regards for Safety as outlined in our Safety Manual

Experience and Qualifications:

  1. Minimum of 2 years office experience
  2. Minimum of 2 years Sales experience
  3. Experience managing a wide variety of priorities in a fast paced environment
  4. Positive and co-operative team player
  5. Capable of working with minimal supervision
  6. Must be accurate and detail oriented
  7. Must be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
  8. Agricultural background is preferred
  9. Maintain a calm and composed demeanor in high pressure situations
  10. Excellent organization skills and the ability to communicate effectively with customers
  11. Must have valid Class 5 Driver's License
  12. Must be able to travel extensively for work
