About St-Hubert

At St-Hubert, our mission is to spread joy. Since 1951, this principle has guided our decisions, innovative projects, and relationships.

St-Hubert Group encompasses our restaurant and retail sectors, along with our corporate headquarters. With over 120 restaurants, primarily franchised in Quebec, Ontario, and New Brunswick, we are committed to various eco-friendly initiatives, including composting, a fleet of carbon-neutral delivery vehicles, and electric vehicle charging stations. Our call center manages over 2 million inquiries annually.

Additionally, St-Hubert is gaining recognition in the manufacturing and processing of fresh, dehydrated, and frozen products through Meilleures Marques and Maître Saladier (St-Hubert Retail). We operate two plants in Boisbriand and Blainville, as well as a new 100,000 sq. ft. distribution center in Mascouche, distributing over 500 products to our restaurants and 3,000 retail locations across Canada.
