The Customer Service Representative serves as the initial point of contact for customers, representing the dealership's commitment to service excellence. Candidates should demonstrate strong customer service abilities and a basic understanding of vehicle operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome each customer in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Engage with service customers to identify the nature of their vehicle issues and the estimated time for resolution.
  • Monitor the progress of each service order throughout the day, updating customers via phone or text regarding any changes.
  • Respond to phone inquiries about ongoing work and appointments, ensuring timely communication.
  • Review completed work with customers to ensure satisfaction.
  • Explain warranty information and policies clearly to customers.
  • Stay informed about technical and performance details of all vehicles serviced.
  • Assist the service manager as needed.
  • Comply with all company policies, procedures, and safety standards.

Qualifications:

  • Exceptional listening and communication skills.
  • Proficient in computer usage.
  • Strong work ethic and ability to work collaboratively.
  • Willingness to work retail hours, including weekends.
  • Professional demeanor, reliability, and a commitment to outstanding customer service.
  • A valid driver's license is required.
  • Experience with CDK & PBS software is advantageous.
