Your Role:
As a Beauty Consultant, you will deliver exceptional and knowledgeable service to all customers in our Colour, Skincare, Fragrance, and Cash areas.
  • Client Engagement: Welcome every customer with enthusiasm. Provide polite and informed assistance to clients. Assess client needs and recommend suitable products. Share product insights with clients as necessary. Offer makeovers to clients when required.
  • Professional Development: Ensure that comprehensive brand training is completed for assigned team members. Actively seek additional product knowledge as necessary. Assist in cross-training fellow Beauty Consultants.
  • Operational Responsibilities: Engage in inventory management. Report inventory concerns to the Manager. Adhere to sampling policies and procedures. Stay informed about special events and promotions within the store. Participate in initiatives to minimize loss and shortage. Designated consultants should be proficient in cashier operations.
Ideal Candidate:
  • Possesses one to three years of experience in retail or service sectors.
  • Exhibits excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage business partners at all levels.
  • Available for a flexible work schedule, including days, evenings, and weekends.
