Seasonal Park Maintenance Worker

  • Assist in the maintenance of parks and green areas, including cutting and trimming, litter picking, pruning, and winter maintenance activities.
  • Operate new equipment such as mowers, tractors, and cord trimmers, while prioritizing safety and adhering to best practices.
  • Work collaboratively with a small crew to achieve shared goals and provide support to team members.

As a seasonal park maintenance worker, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and experience in a dynamic and supportive team environment. You will also have access to competitive compensation, including a starting rate of $28.47 per hour, which increases to $28.92 per hour after 4 months.

  • Strong physical abilities and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in parks operations or a related field an asset.
  • Valid G driver's license and clean driver abstract required.
  • Hands-on experience operating various grounds maintenance equipment used in parks and landscaping.
