We are seeking a skilled Director digital transformation to lead the implementation of strategic digital initiatives.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for reporting to the SVP Digital Transformation, effectively leading the evolution of the Digital strategy by identifying, assessing, designing, and implementing new ideas, systems, and processes that improve customer service, reduce costs and accelerate sales growth.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Lead end-to-end Digital transformation projects, focused on evaluating current state, identifying opportunities and creating transformation business cases, including the supporting technologies
  • Lead and Project Manage cross functional stakeholders to achieve objectives in delivering new technology and flow processes
  • Lead a team of project managers, data analysts, and industrial engineers on continuous process improvement transformation
  • Plan and execute change management and training of key supply chain initiatives
  • Through research, continuously educate stakeholders and teams on new technology, trends, and innovation within the operations and supply chain field
  • Help drive operational excellence by supporting the design and creation of data visualizations
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and communication platforms to ensure on time value-added solutions
  • Digital dexterity and experience with Demand planning and Procurement tools, WMS, TMS, LMS, WCS, ERP systems
  • Knowledge of BI and RPA technology
  • Passion for creating an industry leading supply chain through the deployment of technology, process design and people development
  • Project and change management to handle multiple projects (small and large) with conflicting priorities and deliver projects on time with excellence
