N-able Technologies Ltd. is on the lookout for a Senior Product Manager who will play a pivotal role in shaping a successful product strategy and roadmap. This position requires close collaboration with UX, engineering, and various teams to bring the strategy to fruition. You will be tasked with championing your products, outlining roadmaps, crafting epics and user stories, and ensuring the successful delivery of those stories. This role encompasses the entire product lifecycle, including supporting market launch activities, collecting feedback throughout the product's life, and phasing out services and components when necessary.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Oversee the strategy, growth, and success of N-able's product offerings.
  2. Manage all phases of the product management lifecycle, from concept through launch and retirement.
  3. Analyze customer and market demands to formulate product vision and roadmap.
  4. Build strong customer relationships to gather insights on existing products and identify requirements for new solutions.
  5. Collaborate with architecture and development teams to expedite the integration of partner products into our portfolio.
  6. Track and influence product revenue, retention, and support objectives.
  7. Evaluate competitor, market, and technology trends to develop new offerings with compelling value propositions.

Qualifications

  1. A minimum of 4 years of experience in product management for SaaS solutions, coupled with a solid business understanding.
  2. Experience in an Agile development environment.
  3. A robust technical background with proven skills in the Application Management sector.
  4. Self-motivated and disciplined, able to thrive in a fast-paced setting.
  5. Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities; able to think strategically and execute operationally.
  6. Excellent presentation, communication, coordination, analytical, and creative problem-solving skills.
  7. Ability to engage with customers and partners professionally, with a solid grasp of MSP IT management.
