Product Line Manager

Ciena Canada, Inc. is seeking a skilled Product Line Manager to lead the WaveLogic Technologies portfolio. The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to define, introduce, and manage the life cycle of high-speed ASICs, electro-optics, and IP cores.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement product strategies to capture the growing demand for data center interconnect solutions.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to prioritize feature development and define product roadmaps.
- Partner with sales teams to develop sales strategies and provide product expertise to customers.
- Manage product portfolios to ensure alignment with company goals and market trends.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in product management or a related field.
- Technical degree in a relevant field (BSEE minimum).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
