Restaurant Operations Manager

At U Need A Pita, we are seeking a highly motivated and organized Restaurant Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant, including supervising staff, managing inventory, and maintaining high standards of customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Staff Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, and prepare budget and cost estimates to ensure the restaurant's financial stability.
- Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring that their needs are met and they have a positive experience.
- Training and Development: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, and provide ongoing support and guidance to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit reports on restaurant performance, including sales, customer feedback, and staff performance.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a supervisory or management role.
- Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and attention to detail.
As a Restaurant Supervisor at U Need A Pita, you will work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, interacting with customers, staff, and management on a daily basis. You will be required to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends, and may be required to work overtime during peak periods.
