Job Title: Flooring Technician at CentiMark Corporation

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and repair polished concrete and epoxy flooring systems to ensure optimal performance.
  • Identify and address flooring issues and potential safety hazards.
  • Conduct thorough cleaning, sanitization, and disinfection of commercial, industrial, and retail spaces.
  • Adhere strictly to all health and safety regulations and guidelines.
  • Utilize equipment and materials effectively and responsibly.
  • Aim to meet and surpass production goals consistently.
  • Record work hours accurately and in a timely manner.

Required Qualifications:

  • Willingness to travel and stay overnight as needed.
  • Availability to work overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Ability to successfully complete a pre-employment drug screening.
  • Authorized to work in the United States.
  • Must undergo a respirator medical evaluation and pass a fit test.
