Our Ideal Candidate

As a Geomatics Technician, you will contribute to projects spanning various industries. Your duties will include conducting quality assurance checks, performing survey calculations, managing project documentation, providing UAV assistance, and processing 3D laser scan data to guarantee the utmost quality of survey outputs.

A Day in the Life

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and interpret survey data.
  • Verify survey field returns and ensure adherence to proper protocols.
  • Execute calculations and prepare survey plans.
  • Conduct network adjustments and create topographic models.
  • Assist with engineering layout surveys and additional tasks.

What You'll Bring to the Team

  • Relevant post-secondary education.
  • At least 3 years of pertinent experience in construction surveying.
  • Proficiency in survey processing software and CAD applications.
  • Excellent communication and analytical abilities.
  • Capability to work autonomously and adhere to deadlines.
