- Culinary Innovation: Develop and implement new recipes and menu items to enhance our culinary offerings and stay ahead of the competition.
- Team Leadership: Supervise and train our kitchen staff, including specialist chefs, cooks, and other kitchen workers, to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge needed to deliver exceptional service.
- Staff Development: Recruit, hire, and train new staff members to ensure that our kitchen team is well-equipped to meet the demands of our busy restaurant.
- Equipment Management: Arrange for the purchase and maintenance of kitchen equipment to ensure that our kitchen is well-equipped to meet the needs of our guests.
- Quality Control: Ensure that all food is prepared and presented to the highest standards, and that our kitchen meets all health and safety regulations.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role, or equivalent experience.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
