Warehouse Material Coordinator

As a Warehouse Material Coordinator, your primary responsibility will be to manage the picking, packing, and dispatching of customer orders. You will also oversee the counting, verification, receipt, and storage of incoming vendor materials and customer returns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Adhere to all Health and Safety regulations while executing job responsibilities.
- Facilitate the loading and unloading of trucks, and operate forklifts and other material handling equipment.
- Occasionally operate our fleet of delivery vehicles as needed.
- Ensure the cleanliness and safety of the warehouse environment.
- Report any safety concerns to the Warehouse Manager promptly.
- Assist customers at the service counter.
- Perform additional tasks as directed by the Warehouse Manager.

Qualifications:
- Completion of a minimum grade 12 diploma or equivalent.
- Strong customer service and communication abilities.
- Capability to develop extensive product knowledge.
- Willingness to learn to operate a forklift and other material handling equipment safely.
- High attention to detail with the ability to accurately process orders.
- Ability to learn and utilize the relevant software systems for order processing.
