Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle first-party property claims, including inspections, evaluations, negotiations, and documentation to ensure timely and efficient service to customers.
  • Maintain high-quality standards and expectations in all aspects of claim handling.
  • Manage claims files and inventory to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to policyholders and other stakeholders.
  • Perform administrative tasks as required to support the claims process.

Requirements:

  • A bachelor's degree in a business-related field or equivalent experience.
  • Previous experience in property claim handling is preferred, but not required.
  • Knowledge of construction and estimating systems is essential for success in this role.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills are required to navigate complex claims scenarios.
  • A valid driver's license is necessary for travel to inspection sites.
