Position Overview

As a Flooring Specialist at Hotek Holdings LTD, you will play a crucial role in enhancing residential spaces through expert installation of various flooring materials.

Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
  • Experience: A minimum of 7 months to less than 1 year in a similar role is preferred.

  • On-site customer service
  • Residential projects
Key Responsibilities

Your primary tasks will include:

  • Developing flooring plans and managing installation schedules
  • Estimating costs and required materials
  • Preparing surfaces for new installations
  • Removing existing floor coverings and contaminants
  • Utilizing knee kickers and other tools for carpet stretching
  • Executing direct glue-down carpet installations
  • Installing materials on countertops and elevated platforms
  • Applying vinyl decking materials
Physical Requirements

This role is physically demanding and requires:

  • Ability to handle heavy loads
  • Bending, crouching, and kneeling
  • Good hand-eye coordination
  • Capability to distinguish between colors
