Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Inventory Control Supervisor to join our team at Totals Inventory Professionals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure seamless inventory management.
  • Prepare and submit reports to track inventory levels and identify areas for improvement.
  • Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to enhance productivity and product quality.
  • Train workers in duties and policies to ensure a high level of performance.
  • Arrange training for staff to develop their skills and knowledge.
  • Coordinate, assign, and review work to ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies to maintain optimal inventory levels.
  • Organize and maintain inventory to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  • Establish work schedules and procedures to meet business needs.
Supervision

Supervise a team of 5-10 people to ensure they have the necessary resources and support to perform their duties.

Computer and Technology Knowledge
  • Proficient in MS Excel to analyze data and create reports.
  • Proficient in MS Word to create documents and reports.
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities
  • Work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
  • Work under pressure to meet business needs.
  • Attention to detail is essential to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  • Work Term: Permanent.
  • Work Language: English.
  • Hours: 40 hours per week.
