Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Epoxy Floor Installer to join our team at Lo and Behold Floor Epoxy Coating. This is a permanent position that offers a full-time schedule of 40 hours per week.

Job Requirements
  • Education: Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: No prior experience required; we provide training.
Work Environment

The role involves working in various settings, including:

  • Commercial
  • Industrial
  • Residential
  • Rural and Urban areas

Relocation costs will be covered by the employer.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess, measure, and mark surfaces designated for coverage.
  • Examine and repair any damaged flooring materials.
  • Conduct essential tests such as moisture, pH, and temperature prior to installation.
  • Estimate required materials and associated costs.
  • Prepare surfaces for the installation process.
  • Remove existing floor coverings and contaminants as necessary.
Safety and Security
  • Must pass a criminal record check.
  • Driver's license validity will be verified.
Transportation Requirements
  • A valid driver's license is mandatory.
  • Ownership of a vehicle is required.
  • Willingness to travel is essential.
Physical Demands
  • This position is physically demanding and requires handling heavy loads.
  • Ability to bend, crouch, and kneel is necessary.
  • Must possess good hand-eye coordination and the ability to distinguish colors.
Tools and Equipment
  • Steel-toed safety boots are required.
  • A hard hat and mask must be worn.
